Sangeeta Bhargava

Sangeeta Bhargava was born in a remote corner of the Maharashtra region of India. She did her graduation from Lucknow, a city which has been brought vibrantly to life in her novel, The World Beyond. Although an MBA in finance, she soon realised that the business world was not for her and decided to go back to her first love: writing. She is the author of Letters to my Baby, a book on pregnancy and baby care and The World Beyond is her debut novel. She now lives in London with her husband, two children, 10,000 books and a temperamental laptop.

I am Julia Underwood. I have been writing for about 15 years. I have had several articles and short stories published in magazines. My style is, I hope, relaxed and sometimes, quite humorous. I am working on an adult novel, a children's novel and a play. I studied sciences at university and did medical research for a number of years before working in advertising and marketing, including at the Reader's Digest. More recently I have worked as an interior designer.

Frank Gill

A man who generally struggles to read a good novel, yet hopes one day to write one.

THE WARNING

“Does he bite?” I had asked the old man sitting on the stone wall.
“Only if you tease her,” he had replied, a smile in his eyes.
As I nursed my bleeding hand I wished I had heeded his warning.

Kris Oldland

Having rediscovered my love of writing by earning a few extra pounds writing for industry trade blog "Insurance Blog" I have now turned my hand to writing fiction for both adults and children. I am currently redrafting my first children's book "The incredible adventures of Ridiculous Nicholas" and am also working on my first novel "Midget Jones Diary".which is an irreverent and surreal comedy based around a good old fashioned adventure. I'll finish the book first before I worry about infringing on the copyright!
